One of our aims is to ensure you're happy in your home. To achieve this we make weekly property visits to fix any faults, give you advice and information about your home and answer any questions you may have about your tenancy.

Roy, our home visit agent, takes time and care to check all fixtures and fittings, as well as appliances that are provided with your home. If any issues are identified, Roy will set the ball rolling to sort these issues with as little disruption to your life as possible.
